Did I just hear Rahm Emanuel on CNN tell Wolf Blitzer that all the pork in the bailout bill was the fault of those members of the House of Representatives who voted against the bill?

RAHM EMANUEL: "The items you mentioned should never have been part of the bill. Had the House passed the bill on Monday, they wouldn't have been. And Those who vote no bear responsibility for those additions being added to it."
